“Data Migration Tools“ available to upgrade from older versions of Open-Xchange

Free software enables migration to latest product generation from Open-Xchange Server 5 and Open-Xchange Express Edition

NUREMBERG, September 8, 2009 – Open-Xchange, the most popular groupware for Linux with more than 3,500 installations, announces new data migration tools to easily switch to the latest-generation, Open-Xchange Server 6.

"The new data migration tools enable migration of users, groups, resources, folders, tasks, calendars, contacts and attachments,” said Rafael Laguna, CEO of Open-Xchange. "This ensures a fast and easy switch to the latest product generation without any data loss.“

"We got a lot of positive feedback from our users on the intuitive AJAX-based graphical user interface of the new Open-Xchange product generation.“
